Course Description:

This course provides an overview of open disclosure, how the concept is reflected in the Aged Care Quality Standards and interventions for organisations to support compliance with the Standards.

Learning Outcomes:

After completing this course, participants should be able to:

• Describe what the term open disclosure means
• Describe the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards that are concerned with Open Disclosure
• Identify what interventions may be implemented so that organisations are compliant with the requirements of Aged Care Quality Standards
