Falls are one of the leading causes of injury and death in older people. This course will explore the falls management process post fall and outline the roles and responsibilities of staff in the assessment and support of an older individual.

- Identify what a fall is and the risks associated with falls
- Explain the roles of clinical and care staff in responding to a falls incident
- Describe the falls management process for a witnessed or unwitnessed fall
