Much has changed in medication delivery so it is vital to have a clear and systematic approach to medication management. People's lives are in your hands and making an error can have terrible outcomes.
Using a case scenario approach, participants will see the importance of a robust quality medication management system and how staff can ensure they follow best practice guidelines to ensure the safety of the people in their care.
